•   Managed and co-developed online learning portal, feature over 2600 product pages, discussion board, tech guides, glossary and vendor links.

•  Co-developed distance learning television production broadcast on DirecTV direct broadcast satellite.

•  Manage quarterly company-wide vendor training events. Align vendor’s curriculum to match company strategy and supervise regional events. Administer vendor funding of this $760,000 annual program.

•  Partnered with such high-profile companies as Sony, Infinity, Pacific Bell, Denon, Philips, Yamaha, U.S. Robotics, Pacific Bell and others to co-develop and co-facilitate training programs.

•  Co-developed numerous technology certification programs, including a multimedia—CD-ROM based computer certification program.

•  Developed, co-developed and facilitated numerous in-class training programs, including Management Training, Initial Sales Training, Customer Service, Point of Sale (POS), Kronos™ Timekeeper AS software and numerous product training classes.
